CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

SWEAT

This class will leave you dripping in sweat and feeling awesome! This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout is 70% cardio and 30% strength. High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to burn fat and reshape your body, it increases stamina and strength and offers more functional benefits than steady state cardio or heavy weight lifting. This class was designed for individuals that want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on stamina, cutting weight, getting lean, and feeling toned.

 

STRENGTH

This full body strength & conditioning class will leave you feeling stronger and more toned! The workout is 70% strength and 30% cardio and is based around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to burn fat and reshape your body, it increases stamina and strength and offers more functional benefits than steady state cardio or heavy weight lifting.This class was designed for individuals that want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on building strength, muscle definition, and feeling shredded.

BOXING

 

Put on those gloves and get ready to punch your way through 45 min of HIIT boxing.

STADIUM STAIRS, TRACK & RUN CLUB

 

STADIUMS: This free class meets every Sunday at Saguaro High School. You will start with a dynamic warm up across the field, move to strength and cardio drills on the stadiums stairs then finish with some track work.  

TRACK: Work on speed drills, agility/running form, hurdle/hip mobility, relay/baton drills and your own personal goals and needs.

RUN CLUB: We will be meeting at BODI and warm up will start a little after 6am.  From there, the Run Coach will explain the workout, along with the distance options. Mileage will range starting at 2 miles and up to 7 miles.  As always, you can go the pace that YOU feel most comfortable at. Suggestion: bring a small water bottle to run with if you choose.  

STRETCH

We know you love your intense workouts, but it is important to stretch and relax those muscles being worked. During this class you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated after being lead through 30 minutes of full body stretching. 

 

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS & GOAL TRACKING

For those looking to track their progress, we offer a variety of fitness assessments and measurements to keep you on the right track. The assessments will identify your weaknesses and strengths​​ and benchmark your current fitness level.
